To start, I've been streaming to my Windows 10 PC for quite a while and it's been working great. Yesterday I noticed a bizarre issue with my controller though which I'll try to explain as best I can. I can post screen shots if need be to further elaborate on what's happening here.
Yesterday I found that my controller's dpad started allowing me move around and select different options within the Xbox App itself - before I even connect to my console. It's kind of hard to explain, but it pretty much acts like you're hitting tab on your keyboard to switch between options and the A button selects, B goes back. Simple enough and somewhat convenient actually.
The problem happens after I start streaming though as no matter what I'm doing as soon as I hit B on my controller it ends the streaming session. Aside that major annoyance, I also noticed that while I'm streaming if I press Down on my dpad it auto selects 'Streaming Statistics' at the top right menu bar (one of the icons next to the Xbox logo, Mute/Unmute chat, Stop Streaming, etc.) It's as if the controller is stuck trying to control the app itself even when I'm streaming.
I've uninstalled my controller driver / reinstalled multiple times. Rebooted my computer and checked for Windows 10 updates as well as updates for the Xbox app itself.
I know this is an awfully odd issue, though I'm hoping somebody has an idea of what's potentially going on here. Dell inspiron 1300 video controller driver windows 7 download.
